How long does setup take?

We have a well-rehearsed process for onboarding new clients. We aim to provide the first version of the beta site for review within 3 days, including preloaded content. Do you handle switching of .nhs.uk URL to the new site?

Yes, we coordinate with NHS Digital team directly to manage the switch over, reducing any stress at your end making the switching as streamlined as possible.

Can we update our website content ourselves, or will GP Link Suite handle it?

We offer both options. The Practice team can easily update page content, upload documents, add images, and insert standard forms using the provided editor access. Most practices prefer this flexible approach. However, if your team is too busy to manage updates, we’re happy to handle them for you. Simply submit change requests through our support ticketing system or email support team.
Each subscription includes 4 hours of editing time per month, We think that this is generally more than enough even if we did most of the updates.
